Horiya Store proudly ships all orders across Pakistan through PostEx, a trusted courier service known for reliable nationwide delivery and Cash on Delivery (COD) support.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation message with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Attempts
PostEx will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to Horiya Store. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
Incorrect Address / No Response
Horiya Store is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
- Customer unavailability during all delivery attempts
- Refused delivery
